Overseas buyers. Prepared meetings.
VLink connects Pakistan’s property developers with qualified overseas Pakistani buyers through project profiling, screening, matching and prepared meetings. Qualified conversations, with both sides ready to talk.
A lead is contact data. We deliver a prepared conversation.
Before your sales team enters the room, we establish intent, budget, timeline, project relevance and a confirmed time to meet.
From overseas interest to a meeting worth taking.
VLink manages five stages: Profile, Attract, Qualify, Schedule and Deliver. This overview shows how project preparation becomes a relevant overseas buyer conversation, with structured follow-up.
Explore all five stagesProfile
Define the project and ideal overseas buyer.
Attract
Reach overseas prospects with relevant project invitations.
Qualify
Screen intent, budget, timeline and project relevance.
Schedule
Brief both sides and confirm a time across time zones.
Deliver
Hold the prepared meeting and document the next steps.
You keep the sale. We improve the room.
- Your team presents the project and owns every representation.
- V Link owns screening, coordination and meeting readiness.
- Both sides leave with a documented next action.
Choose the meeting volume. The process stays rigorous.
Qualified meetings do not imply guaranteed sales. Your team remains responsible for closing.
No faceless queue. A person owns the meeting.
Screening, scheduling and follow-up are managed by named people who know the project and the buyer context.
Straight answers, before you ask for them.
What is VLink Pakistan?
VLink, V Link – Virtual Link LLP, connects Pakistan’s property developers with qualified overseas Pakistani prospects. The team screens buyer intent, budget, location preferences and timeline, matches relevant projects, and coordinates prepared meetings. Developers present their projects and handle commercial discussions. Explore developer partnerships or see how VLink works.
What does V Link actually deliver?
Confirmed, pre-briefed meetings with screened overseas property buyers, not raw leads or contact lists. Every buyer passes a ten-point screen covering budget, timeline, preferred location and readiness to meet before the meeting reaches your calendar.
How is this different from buying real estate leads?
Lead vendors sell attention: unverified contacts your team must chase and re-qualify. V Link sells a prepared conversation. The buyer is screened, both sides are briefed, and the time is confirmed across time zones before it happens.
How much does V Link cost?
Three packages. Basic is $2,500 for 20 qualified overseas meetings, Pro is $3,000 for 35, and Max is $4,000 for 50. The same ten-point screening discipline applies to every package — a smaller package is not a lighter screen.
How long before the first meeting happens?
Typically two weeks from kickoff to the first qualified meeting, covering project profiling, buyer targeting and the first round of screening.
Which overseas markets do the buyers come from?
The main overseas Pakistani investor markets — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada — matched to your project by budget and location preference.
Which developers is V Link suitable for?
Established Pakistani developers with accurate project documentation and approvals, trained sales representatives, inventory ready for market, and the ability to respond quickly to buyer enquiries. It is not a lead-generation tool for teams still building that foundation.
Does V Link guarantee sales?
No. Qualification improves relevance; it never guarantees a transaction. V Link is accountable for the quality and preparation of the meeting. You remain responsible for your own pricing, representations and negotiation.
